举办“护理综述报告会”的做法及体会

摘　　要：目的检验和提高中、高级护理人员的科研能力。方法制定综述书写要求和评分标准;由地方知名专家和本院专家相结合进行评审;选择优秀综述进行现场报告并给予奖励;对综述质量采用调查问卷反馈并进行综合分析。结果74.2%的中高级护理人员踊跃投稿,91.30%的护理人员认为基本掌握了书写方法,了解了护理新进展,提高了科研能力。结论护理文献综述报告会是护理科研管理方法创新的有益尝试,是继续教育的有效举措,能比较客观地反映护理人员的科研能力。Objectives To examine and improve ability of scientific research with middle-and high-level nursing staff. Methods Requirements and grading criteria were developed. Well-known experts inside and outside our sanatorium were invited as evaluation guests. Outstanding literature reviews were selected by the experts. Authors of these literature reviews received awards and made public presentation in the report meeting. Questionnaire was developed for collecting feedback of the paper quality and general analysis. Results The investigation showed that 74.2% of the middle-and high-level nursing staffs submitted a piece of writing for publication. 91.3% of the nurse staffs believed that they had grasped the basic method of writing, had understood nursing new progress,and had improved the scientific research ability. ConcLusions The literature review public presentation is a beneficial attempt on innovation of nursing scientific research management. It is an effective action on continuing education. It can objectively reflect nursing staff＇s scientific research ability.
