摘　　要：目的通过检测血清中的CA125、CEA的水平,探讨其在卵巢癌诊断中的作用。方法血清CA125、CEA检测用电化学发光法设置正常对照组、卵巢良性肿瘤组及卵巢癌组,并进行比较。结果CA125、CEA单项检测结果对卵巢癌诊断的敏感性、特异性和有效性低于联合检测。结论CA125、CEA联合检测,提高了临床诊断卵巢癌的敏感性、特异性和有效性。Objective To test the sermn CA125, CEA levels on the diagnosis of ovarian cancer in the role. Methods Serum CA125, CEA chemiluminescence detection method for electricity Purchase normal control group, benign ovarian and ovarian cancer, and Comparison. Results CA125, CEA test results on the individual ovarian cancer diagnosis, the sensitivity, specificity and effectiveness of the joint below detection.
