军队理工类院校科研竞争力评价研究

摘　　要：提出了科研评价指标体系的结构和设计的原则，分析了军队理工类院校科研体系构建的标准和评价指标；根据对部分院校总体情况调查给出了这些院校科研综合实力的整体评估。The s presented in this military technical academies, whole tructure of the index system of scientific research estimate and its design principle were paper. The standard and estimate index of the scientific research system construction of academy were analyzed. According to the investigation of general situation to partial estimate of the integrated scientific research strength of these academies was given.
