摘  要:根据一维束流理论以及能量守恒定律,建立液力变矩器转矩传递的数学模型。以经济性考虑为主,建立以高效率区域面积的最大值为目标函数,以启动工况转矩比、计算工况效率等为约束的优化设计模型。基于此优化设计模型,提出计算工况无冲击约束的优化策略,针对此优化策略提出了一种优化算法,编制以MATLAB为平台的计算程序,并将该程序进行实例分析,得到较好的结果,证明了该策略以及算法的可行性。According to 1D flow theory and power conversation law, mathematical model of torque transfer for hydraulic torque converter is established. An optimal design model taking maximum high efficiency range area as target function, torque ratio in starting condition and efficiency in calculation condition as restrain conditions is set up. Based on the optimal design model, an optimal strategy without impact restrain in calculation condition is suggested. In view of the strategy, an optimal algorithm is presented and calculation program is worked out on MATLAB platform. A practical example is analyzed with the program and satisfactory results are obtained, which verified the feasibility of the strategy and the algorithm.
