摘  要:目的研究监测实验性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑脊液中Ⅰ型前胶原羧基端肽(PICP)、Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端肽(PⅢNP)浓度的意义。方法采用SD大鼠枕大池两次注血法建立模型,分别在第3、6、10、14、21天取脑脊液检测PICP、PⅢNP;第21天的脑组织予以冰冻切片后,行Masson染色观察柔脑膜的胶原纤维。结果实验组脑脊液中的PICP、PⅢNP较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。第21天,柔脑膜胶原纤维较对照组增多(P<0.01)。结论检测脑脊液中PICP、PⅢNP的浓度可反映柔脑膜的纤维化程度。Objective To study the significance of monitoring concentration of carboxyterminal propeptide of type Ⅰ procollagen (PICP) and aminoterminal propeptide of type Ⅲ procollagen (PⅢNP) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in rats after subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods The animal models of SAH were established by twice injection of autoblood solution into the cisterna magna. On the 3rd, 6, 10, 14th and 21st day, the levels of PICP and aminoterminal prepeptide of type Ⅲ procollagen(PⅢNP) in CSF were measured. Masson staining of the frozen sections of the brain on the 21 st day was performed to observe the leptomeningeal collagen fiber. Results Compared with those of control group, the levels of PICP and PⅢNP in CSF of experimental group rose statistically (P〈0.01),and leptomeningeal fibrosis of experimental group was significantly more than that of control group on the 21st day. (P〈0.01). Conclusion Monitoring the concentration of PICP and PⅢNP in CSF can reflect the degree of leptomeningeal fibrosis.
