二恶英的理化参数及其对人体健康的危害

摘　　要：二恶英是广泛分布于环境中的一类重要的有机污染物。本文利用分子碎片法对51种二恶英类物质的正辛醇/水分配系数进行了估算,并与实验值进行了对比。在此基础上又对二恶英的性质及对人体健康的危害做了初步的介绍。Dioxin is a class of important organic pollutants and distribute distribute in the environment widely. In this paper, the molecular fragment method was used to estimate the octanol/water distribution coefficient of 51 kinds of dioxin - like substances, and compared with the experimental data. On this basis, the hazard on the nature and human health of dioxin was preliminarily analyzed.
