摘　　要：背景与目的:探讨皮肤瘢痕和皮肤瘢痕癌与Survivin、PTEN表达的关系。材料与方法:用免疫组化(S-P法)对10例皮肤瘢痕癌组织、10例皮肤瘢痕组织、10例正常皮肤组织的石蜡包埋标本的Survivin、PTEN进行检测,Survivin以胃癌组织切片、PTEN以良性前列腺增生切片为阳性对照,两者均以PBS代替一抗作为阴性对照。利用图像分析系统采集、分析图像,并对数据进行统计学处理。结果:Survivin在皮肤瘢痕癌、皮肤瘢痕组织中的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.01),而在皮肤瘢痕癌组织与皮肤瘢痕组织表达间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PTEN在皮肤瘢痕癌组织、皮肤瘢痕组织中表达明显低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.01),而在皮肤瘢痕癌与瘢痕组织表达间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Survivin、PTEN在皮肤瘢痕和瘢痕癌组织中的异常表达可能是皮肤瘢痕癌变的相关因素。BACKGROUND AND AIM： To study the relationship between the expression of Survivin and PTEN in skin scar and scar carcinoma . MATERIALS AND METHODS：The expressions of Survivin and PTEN in 10 skin scar carcinoma, 10 skin scar and 10 normal skin tissues were evaluated by the immunohistochemical method of S-P.Pictures were collected and analyzed, statistical analysis was performed by SPSS system. RESULTS： The expressions of Survivin in skin scar carcinoma and scar tissues were significantly higher than normal skin（P 〈 0.01） .However, no statistical difference was found between skin scar carcinoma and scar tissues（P 〉 0.05）.The expressions of PTEN in skin scar carcinoma and scar tissues were significantly lower than normal skin（P 〈0.01）,and with no statistical difference between scar carcinoma and scar tissues（P 〉 0.05） CONCLUSION： The abnormal expressions of Survivin and PTEN in skin scar and scar carcinoma tissues were correlated with malignant transformation of skin scar. tien
