益气生津解毒法防治鼻咽癌放疗后咽黏膜损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气生津解毒法防治鼻咽癌放疗后咽黏膜损伤的疗效。方法:将共26例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组病例均采用直线加速器外照射,治疗组于放疗前1周开始服用益气生津解毒方,对照组则不服用中药。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:益气生津解毒法对预防和治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎有较好的疗效,并且可以推迟放射性口腔炎出现的时间和减轻放疗反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect of tonifying qi, producing liquid and detoxify methods on preventing and treating pharynx mucosa injury after radiotherapy nasopharyngeal darcinoma. Methods： 26 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Those two groups were both given irradiating out of linear accelerator. Tonifying qi, producing liquid and detoxify formula had been taken by the treatment group for one week before radiotherapy while no drug had been taken by the control group. Results ： The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion ： The curative effect of tonifying qi, producing liquid and detoxify methods on preventing and treating stomatological mucositis due to irradiation. And these methods could delay the occurrence of stomatological mucositis due to irradiation, lessen the reaction of radiotherapy.
