中药蜡疗治疗脑瘫上肢痉挛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药蜡疗配合作业疗法对脑瘫上肢痉挛的治疗效果。方法:将60例有上肢痉挛的脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,两组均进行常规作业疗法,对照组于作业治疗前进行45m in普通蜡疗;治疗组于作业治疗前进行45m in中药蜡疗,治疗均为每日1次,3个月后进行疗效评价。结果:两组患儿经过3个月治疗后,各项指标与治疗前相比有所改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组效果明显。结论:中药蜡疗加作业疗法组与普通蜡疗加作业疗法对脑瘫的上肢痉挛、上肢运动功能及日常生活能力均有改善作用,但中药蜡疗加作业疗法较普通蜡疗加作业疗法对脑瘫的上肢痉挛及运动功能、日常生活能力的改善作用更明显。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese drug- wax therapy combined with occupational therapy for upper limb spasm of cerebral palsy. Methods ： 60 Cases of cerebral palsy children were randomly divided into treatment group and control, 30 each group. Occupational therapy was the basic treatment in each group. The cases of control group were treated 45 minutes by common - wax therapy before occupational therapy. The cases of treatment group were treated 45 minutes by traditional Chinese drug - wax therapy, l/d, after treatment for 3 months, evaluating the therapeutic effect. Result ： After treatment for 3 months, every index got improved than prior treatment in two, and the treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese drug -wax therapy combined with occupational therapy and common -wax therapy combined with occupational therapy were effective to upper limb spasm, motor function and activity of daily living, but the former was more better than the latter.
