抗痫煎剂治疗特发性全身性强直-阵挛发作型癫痫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察抗痫煎剂对特发性全身性强直-阵挛发作型癫痫的临床疗效、中医辨证分型的疗效差异以及脑电图的改变。方法:对照组:特发性全身性强直-阵挛发作性癫痫口服丙戊酸钠片0.2g次/,3次/日,不能控制者可加量至0.4g次/,3次/日;治疗组:全部患者均在按对照组用药基础上加用抗痫煎剂,两组均连用3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;同一证型治疗组与对照组有效率比较,风痰闭阻型非常有显著差异(P<0.01),痰火扰神,有显著性差异(P<0.05),血虚生风,心脾两虚,肝肾阴虚均无显著性差异。在改善脑电图方面治疗组亦优于对照组。结论:抗痫煎剂对特发性全身性强直-阵挛发作型癫痫有较好的抗痫作用,以风痰闭阻、痰火扰神尤佳,对脑电图的改善亦优于对照组。Objective ： To Observe the clinical effect and differentiation of symptom and EEG changes by using anti - epileptic decoction for idiopathic epilepsy with generalized tonic - clonic seizures. Methods： The control group： Idiopathic epilepsy with generalized tonic- clonic seizures （0.2g/each ,tid）, epilepsy which can not control （0.4g/each, tid） ; The treatment group： On the basis of drug in the control group, all patients were used anti - epileptic decoction, both groups were Continuly used of three months for a course, and then for Clinical Evaluationt. Results ： The total effective rate are a significant difference in the treatment group and the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ,the wind phlegm obstacle orifice syndrome are obviously significant differences（ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the pyrophlegm intervene mind are significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）, between the treatment group and the control group in the same syndromes ,the effective rate of the deficiency of blood with production of wind ,heart -spleen deficiency, hepatic and renal yin deficiency are not significant differences,the treatment group are superior to the control group considering that it can im- prove the results of EEG. Conclusion： Anti -epilepsy decoction had an effective treatment on idiopathic epilepsy with generalized tonic - clonic seizures, the wind phlegm obstacle orifice syndrome and the pyrophlegm intervene mind were particularly good, and superior to the control group for improve the results of EEG.
