针灸加埋线治疗胃下垂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸加埋线治疗胃下垂的疗效。方法:将176例胃下垂患者随机分为观察组和对照组各88例,观察组采用针灸加埋线治疗,对照组以补中益气汤加减治疗。治疗2个疗程后,观察两组病例临床疗效;并对观察组患者的临床疗效与胃下垂程度及病程的关系进行分析。结果:观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有非常显著性意义(P(0.01);胃下垂程度越轻,病程越短,疗效越好。结论:针灸加埋线治疗胃下垂疗效显著,且疗效与胃下垂程度及病程密切相关。Objective ： To observe the efficacy of Acupunture and Catgut Embedding Therapy for Gastroptosis. Methods ： One hundred and seventy - six cases were randomly divided into two groups. The Observation group was treated with acupunture and Catgut Embedding Therapy and the control group with Buzhongyiqi prescription. After treatment with 2 courses, the therapeutic effects were compared. And an analysis of the relationship between the degree of gastroptosis, course of disease and curative effect was given to the observation group. Result ： The efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group obviously, and there was significant difference between two groups ; the lighter the Gastroptosis, the shorter the course, and with the better postoperative effect. Conclusion ： The efficacy of Acupunture and Catgut Embedding Therapy for Gastroptosis was obviously, and the efficiency was closely related to the effiency and degree of the gastroptosis.
