摘　　要：文章探讨了图书馆与院系资料室一体化管理的背景,以及实行一体化管理的可行性,提出了图书馆与院系资料室一体化管理模式的具体举措和实行一体化管理产生的成效。The article discussed the integrated management of the Library and the facuhy library background and the feasibility. It state detailed library integration management model and the effectiveness of the integrated management .
