摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中STAT3的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测40例胃癌的癌灶中心组织及其癌旁正常组织中STAT3的表达情况。结果STAT3在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于在正常胃组织中的表达,STAT3的表达水平与胃癌浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移和TNM分期相关。结论STAT3过表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of STAT3 and the clinicopathological parameters in gastric carcinoma. Methods SABC immunohistological staining was used to detect the expression of STAT3 in 40 cases of gastric cancer central tissues and its adjacent normal tissues. Results Com-pared with normal tissues,the expression of STAT3 was elevated remarkably in gastric cancer tissues.The expression levels of STAT3 were related to invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Conclusion Overexpression of STAT3 may play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma.
