摘　　要：本文介绍了光纤准直器的基本原理,制作工艺以及待解决的工艺问题,用普通的球透镜制作了光纤准直器,计算并测量了用普通的球透镜来做的光纤准直器的损耗,分析了损耗的原因并提出了改进办法。This thesis introduces the fundamental principle of optical collimator,craft technique of production and problems to be solved.It explains how to make optical collimator with common sphere lens,calculates and measures consumption of optical collimator-making with common sphere lens,analyses the cause of consumption and puts forward ways for its improvement.
