摘　　要：本文分析了高校后勤饮食成本的构成、成本管理的作用和成本管理中存在的问题,有针对性地提出了加强高校后勤饮食成本管理的措施和办法。In this paper, it analyses the constitution of diet eosts in eollege logistics, the role of eosts management and the problems in costs management. Besides, it advances many measures and methods to strengthen the management of diet costs in college logistics.
