摘  要:鉴于CO2大量排放引起的温室效应问题日益严重,开发出一种新型高效的有机胺溶液富集烟道气中CO2,日益受到世界各国的关注。今采用双搅拌釜吸收反应器,对甘氨酸钠(SG)溶液吸收模拟烟道气中的CO2进行实验研究;并采用加热再生的方法对甘氨酸钠溶液的再生性能进行研究。考察了不同浓度(1.0~4.0mol·L-1)的SG溶液吸收速率、吸收量、吸收负荷随时间的变化关系,温度对于SG溶液对吸收CO2的影响,并且与常用的醇胺溶液进行对比。实验结果显示,SG溶液对CO2的吸收速率比常用的醇胺快;温度对SG的吸收速率的影响较为明显;SG溶液的浓度越高吸收量也越大,但吸收负荷却越小;随着再生温度从363K增加到403K,SG溶液的再生效率从80.0%增加到92.6%;SG溶液的最佳再生温度和再生时间为383~388K和76~82min。Absorption of CO2 with amines has been extensively studied in recent years because of environmental concern of greenhouse effect. The investigation of CO2 absorption by aqueous sodium glycinate (SG) solution with different concentrations (1.0-4.0 mole SG·L^-1) was conducted in a double stirred-cell absorber, and the regeneration performance of SG aqueous solution after CO2 absorption by means of heating was studied. The relationships between the absorption rate, absorption capacity, absorption load and absorption time, the influence of absorption temperature on absorption rate, and the absorption performance difference between SG aqueous solution and several other commonly used aqueous alkanolamine solutions were discussed The results indicate that the CO2 absorption rate of SG aqueous solution is higher than that of the other commonly used aqueous alkanolamine solutions, and that the influence of absorption temperature on the absorption rate of SG aqueous solution is significant. The SG aqueous solution with higher concentration has higher absorption capacity, whereas lower absorption load. The regeneration efficiency of the used SG aqueous solution increases from 80.0% to 92.6% with the increase of regeneration temperature from 363 K to 403 K; and the most suitable regeneration temperature and time were found as 383-388 K and 76-82 min respectively.
