颌骨中心性血管瘤的诊断与应急处理

摘　　要：目的探讨颌骨中心性血管瘤的临床表现、诊断及救治方法等。方法回顾近17年哈尔滨医科大学第一临床医学院口腔颌面外科及哈尔滨铁路中心医院口腔颌面外科收治的颌骨中心性血管瘤患者6例,分析其临床特点及诊断救治方法。结果6例患者中,3例经手术治疗后均痊愈,未造成其他并发症,且远期疗效良好,均未复发。3例保守治疗,远期效果良好,未出现其他新的明显并发症。结论颌骨中心性血管瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,具有隐匿性较强、易被忽视的特点,密切关注患者的临床表现、诊断要点及影像学检查等即可对颌骨中心性血管瘤进行诊断,而及早诊断和有效的治疗是挽救患者生命的关键。Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, the diagnosis and the treatment of central hemangioma of jaw. Methods To analyze 6 patients who were diagnosed as central hemangioma of jaw and were treated by the first and the fourth hospital affiliated to Harbin Medical University in past 17 years. Results 3 patients were treated with the surgery and 3 patients accepted conservative treatment. 3 cases with surgery were all cured without further complications and recurrence. No complications were observed in another three cases with conservative treatment. Two methods had good long - term effects. Conclusions Central hemangioma of jaw is one of rare benign tumors, its characteristics are difficult to be found and easy to be neglected, close attention to clinical manifestation of the patients and image examination are helpful to the diagnosis. Early diagnosis and effective treatment are the key method to rescue the patients.
