摘 要:目的:研究面制食品中硼和铝的ICP-AES(Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry)测定法。方法:采用微波消解样品,于ICP-AES上同时测定消解液中硼和铝的含量。结果:硼、铝元素的相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998,线性范围分别为0.2~100 mg/kg和0.5~100 mg/kg,RSD〈3.0%,回收率92.8%~103.6%,该法测定铝的结果与国标方法-铬天青S分光光度法比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:该方法快速、准确、简便、干扰少,适合面制食品中硼和铝的测定。Objective: To develop a new method of Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry for determination of B and Al in food.Methods:The sample was digested by microwave and the elements of B and Al were determined with ICP-AES.Results:The linear range of method was B(0.2~100)mg/kg,Al(0.5~100)mg/kg(r〉0.9998).The RSD was not more than 3.0%.The recovery rate was 92.8%~103.6%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,accurate and simple,and is acceptable in determination of B and Al in food.
