摘　　要：目的：建立抱茎獐牙菜提取物总苷的高效液相色谱定量测定方法。方法：色谱柱：Kromusil C18分析柱;流动相：甲醇-水;梯度洗脱（100%→0%）;流速为1.0 ml/min;色谱峰光谱采集范围：190～370 nm;检测波长：260 nm;柱温：40℃;进样量：10μl。结果：獐牙菜苦苷、龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷和獐牙菜山酮苷检出限分别为0.74、5.90、0.53、1.70μg/ml。平均回收率分别为98.3%、106.7%、92.3%、107.3%。实验重复性分别为2.7%、2.9%、2.6%和3.5%。结论：建立的检测方法经过方法学考察符合要求。Objective： To establish the HPLC-FPC for total glycosides extracted from swertia franchetiana.Methods：Kromusil C18 column was used with mixture solution of methanol-water as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,acquisition wavelength 190～370 nm,the column temperature 30℃,the injection volume 10 μl and the detection wave length 260 nm.Results：The detection limit of swertiamarin,gentiopicroside,sweroside,and swetianolin was 0.74,5.90,0.53,1.70 μg/ml,the recoveries was 98.3%,106.7%,92.3%,107.3%,the experimental repeatability was 2.7%,2.9%,2.6% and 3.5%,respectively.Conclusion：The detecting method is suitable.
