摘　　要：在解剖学实验室普遍存在教学任务过重、超负荷运转的形势下，经过多年的摸索，形成了一套高效的“套餐化”实验准备和管理方法，改原来传统的按类型分类为参照实验教学进度按实验内容配套准备，在确保完成教学质量和教学任务的同时，大大提高了工作效率。Under the situation of heavy teaching task and over- loading operation, a set of high efficient ＂set mealization＂ laboratory preparation and managing method was formed through many year ＇s fumbling, with which the customary and traditional laboratory preparation work based on the category of the type of experiments was changed into the preparation work in accordance with the experimental content in referrence to the experimental schedule, The working efficiency is greatly elevated. Meanwhile, we should ensure that the teaching quality and teaching task must be completed in time.
