摘　　要：运用文献资料法对国外奥运体育场馆的赛后利用管理情况进行研究分析，提出了我国高校奥运体育馆赛后利用管理构想，认为高校奥运体育馆在体育教学和学生课外文体活动使用为主的前提下，要以市场为导向，坚持“以体为主，多种经营”，充分发挥高校奥运体育馆场地设施资源的优势和多功能性，千方百计提高使用率，提高经济效益，实现市场经济条件下高校奥运体育馆的可持续发展。With the method of document and manuscripts, the operation measures and problems of gymnasiums were carefuly examined and studied. The measures of exploration on the operation of Olympic Gymnasiums built in colleges and universities were propvsed. We believe that, besides the key role they play in the physical education and students activities, these gymnasiums should also be market- oriented and stick to the spirit of ＂Sports first, other functions involved＂. To realize the sustainable development of these special gymnasiums, we suggest the operators to increase the efficient use and economic efficiency through taking full use of their advantages and diversified functions.
