摘　　要：创新基地是学生科技创新活动的平台，该文结合浙江工业大学信息工程学院电子创新基地的实际情况，介绍创新基地的管理体制和运行机制，提出通过制度化管理全面开放，加强学生创新能力的培养。The innovative base is the platform of students＇ technological innovative activities. Combining with the fact in Zhejiang University of Technology ＇s electronical innovation base, this article introduces the opening students innovation base＇s management system and operational mechanism. It also advises to strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability for students.
