国产克拉玛依超高压变压器油替代进口Diala油可行性研究

摘　　要：按照ASTM和DIN等国际标准或等同于这些国际标准的国家标准试验方法,对我国克拉玛依系列5种型号超高压变压器油和进口壳牌公司Diala变压器油的各项性能指标进行试验、分析和比较,为南方电网超高压输电公司今后在进口直流换流变压器使用国产变压器油提供重要的理论依据和技术支持。研究结果表明:国产克拉玛依K150AX、K150GX超高压变压器油在综合性能方面比进口壳牌Diala油优越,因此可以替代进口壳牌Diala油在高压直流换流变压器上使用。According to the international standards such as ASTM and DIN or the national standard test method that equates with these international standards, the testing, analysis and comparison of every performance index were carried out for the 5 kinds of series EHV transformer oil made in Kelam ayi in China and the Diala transform er oil im ported from Shell Co., which provided the imp ortant theoretical basis and technical support of using tram former oil made in China in the future for imported DC converter transformer of EHV Power Transmission Co., China Southern Power Grid. The research result shows that the KI50AX and the KI50GX EHV transformer oil made in Kelamayi in China are better than imported Shell Diala oil in integral performance aspect, which can replace the imported Shell Diala oil for the DC converter transformer.
