摘 要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT表面遮盖和多平面重组技术在颌面部骨折诊疗中的应用价值。方法48例经手术治疗的颌面部骨折患者,术前均行多层螺旋CT扫描,并行多平面重组和表面遮盖重建成像,回顾分析其影像学资料和临床资料。结果多层螺旋CT的重建成像技术表面遮盖和多平面重组能够立体、直观显示骨折的特点和类型,所有手术病例都证实了术前CT的诊断。结论多层螺旋CT的表面遮盖和多平面重组成像技术,对颌面部骨折的诊断和手术方案制定具有重要临床价值。Objective To observe the value of SSD and MPR Technique with multislicespiral CT for maxillofacial fracture, Methods The clinical data of 48 fracture cases which had been received multislicespiral CT scanning and SSD and MPR reconstructive were retrospectively analysed. Results The features of maxillofacial fractures were demonstrated steroscopically and directly by SSD and MPR images reconstructed from multislicespiral CT. All cases were cured by operation and the preoperative diagnosis of multislicespiral CT were confirmed, Conclusion The SSD and MPR technique of multislicespiral CT shows very important value in the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial fracture.
