摘　　要：目的：探讨可脱性球囊栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的可行性。方法：用可脱性球囊治疗１３２例颅内动脉瘤，其中闭塞动脉瘤瘤体６例，行载瘤动脉闭塞治疗不可夹闭的动脉瘤１２６例。结果：本组病人无一例死亡。栓塞治疗后急性期仅有两例双侧颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤出现偏瘫，经用扩血管药物及高压氧治疗基本恢复。其余无明显神经系统功能障碍。对９５例载瘤动脉闭塞的病例进行了６个月～１１年（平均４．７年）的随访，结果满意。结论：可脱性球囊闭塞载瘤动脉是治疗某些不可夹闭的颅内动脉瘤的有效方法，该方法的近期和远期并发症是较低的。Objective: To evoluate the availability of occlusion of intracranial aneurysms with detachable balloons. Methods:132 cases of intracranial aneurysms were embolized with detachable balloons, 6 of which were treated by aneurysmal lumen occluded, the parent artery of rest 126 were occluded,of which surgical clip were impossible. Results:No death after the treatment,Only 2 cases with bilateral cavernous segment of internal carotid arteries(ICA) aneurysms occurred hemisplegia right after treatment,and recovered after medical therapy. 95 cases had been taken 6 months to 11 years' (mean 4 7 years) follow up. A good result had been gotten. Concclusions:For some inaccessible aneurysm,parent artery occluding with detachable balloons is an effective method,because of low complication ocurring.
