摘 要:目的探索更有效的神经外科教学方式,以适应医学科学的发展及教学体制的转变。方法在临床医学院本科生的《神经外科》临床教学中,使用自主开发的多媒体课件进行教学尝试,应用成绩考核及调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评估。结果使用多媒体课件教学学生组的考核成绩及调查反馈明显优于使用传统教学学生组的成绩及反馈。结论多媒体课件应用于神经外科教学中充分调动了学生的学习积极性、主动性,使学生从简单的记忆转变到具体的理解,在教与学两方面提高了教学质量,值得进一步实践和推广。Objective To explore an effective method of neurosurgery education to adapt the development of medical science and the transformation of education system. Methods To apply the independently - developed multimedia courseware to the neumsurgery clinical education for the clinical academicians, To evaluate the effect of this education method by the way of examination and questionnaires. Results The achievements and the feedback of the investigation by the courseware - applied students were obviously better than those of the traditional education - applied students. Conclusion To apply the multimedia courseware for the neurosurgery education can sufficiently mobilize the students'enthusiasm and initiatives, which can help students to concretely understand the contents which were simply recited before. This method can improve the education quality both in teaching or in learning, which is worthy to be put into further practice and popularization.
