摘 要:第二心音分裂在心脏疾病诊断中具有重要的意义,然而当分裂不是很明显时对信号直接分析不容易被检测出来。本文首先使用小波降噪方法,滤除了信号中的噪声干扰。然后选用dmey小波,对信号进行了5层小波分解,在特定的层进行了重构,使二音分裂在该重构的层变得易于检测。最后用该方法对87个各类心音进行了检测试验,在保证对正常第二心音不发生误判的情况下,二音分裂的漏检率仅为2.3%,表明该方法实用有效。Detection of the second heart sound split is critical in the diagnosis of heart disease, However, the second heart sound split could not be detected easily through signal analysis when the split is not obvious. The method proposed in this paper first filters out the interferences from the signal using wavelet transform. Then the signal is decomposed into five layers by dmey wavelet and the fixed layers are reconstructed, from which the second heart sound split become easy to detect. At last, 87 heart sounds of multi-type are examined with this method. At the case of no miscarriage of justice, the missing probability of detection of the second heart sound split is only 2.3%, which shows that the method is practical and efficient.
