线粒体DNA基因5178位点与新疆维吾尔族自然长寿的关联研究

摘　　要：目的探讨线粒体DNA基因5178A/C多态性与中国新疆维吾尔族长寿老人的关联性。方法采用聚合酶连反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的分析方法,将165例新疆维吾尔族长寿老人分为百岁组(≥100岁)65例,长寿组(91～99岁)100例与112例对照组(≤70岁)比较进行研究。结果百岁组与长寿组mtDNA5178A等位基因频率均高于对照组(P=0.0029)。结论线粒体DNA5178A与新疆维吾尔族长寿相关。Objective To debate the associated study about mitochondrial DNA polymorphism of site 5178 and longevity of the uygur nationality hying in Xinjiang. Method 165 cases with longevity was divided into three groups,that is 65 cases of centenarian （obove 100 years old） ,100 cases of longevity group（ from 91 to 99 years old ）, 112 cases of control group （below 70 years old）. （PCR-RFLP）was used to analyze their gene. Results The distribution frequency of the 5178A in the group of centenarian and longevity are slightly higher than that of controls （ P = 0. 0029 ） . Conclusion These results suggest that 5178 A genotype of mitochondrial ND2 gene polymorphisms contributes to the longevity.
