摘　　要：针对中医院校临床研究生来源广泛、思想和学习基础及身体素质参差不齐、临床实践能力相差迥异等特点,采取切实可行的措施,更进一步促进研究生整体素质的发展,使研究生具备扎实的专业基础,提高个人道德修养,建立正确的价值观和人生观,才能培养出高层次创新人才,适应当代社会发展需要,传承和发展中国传统文化。The clinical of graduate students in TCM Universities have some characterstic of which source is extensive, which thought/basis of studying and physical quality are irregularity. We must adopt the possible measure which can promote the development of the whole inner quality in the further. It can not only have strong professionalism foundation for the graduate students,bnt also increase the self-cnltivation of moral for individual, and establish the right sense of worth and philosophy. So we can bring up the bringing forth new ideals of high level which can suit the needs of the society for the present age ,which can smriti and develop the tradition civilization of Chinese.
