白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿的相关因素。方法对289例367眼白内障患者术后角膜水肿与核硬度、眼部并发症等的关系作一讨论。结果367眼中术后角膜水肿48眼,并发青光眼、葡萄膜炎患者发生率为34%,III^IV级核角膜水肿发生率为30.4%。结论白内障超声乳化术后角膜水肿发生率与核硬度、并发青光眼、葡萄膜炎等眼部疾病呈正相关。Objective To analyze the correlative factors of the corneal edema after cataract phacoemulsification.Methods The relation between the corneal edema and rigidity of lens nucleus,complications in 289 cases（367 eyes）were studied.Results There were 48 eyes of corneal edema in 367 eyes.The incidence of patients who had other ocular complications was 34%.The incidence of Ⅲ～Ⅳ level lens nucleus was 30.4%.Conclusion There is positive correlation between the corneal edema and rigidity of lens nucleus,ocular complications.
