摘  要:研究了通孔泡沫铝真空渗流法制备工艺中各因素对渗流长度的影响,对制备工艺中常见的问题进行了分析。研究表明,铝液的浇铸温度为700℃~760℃、填料粒子的预热温度为360℃~520℃、真空度为0.02 MPa^0.06 MPa时,可制备出孔径分布比较均匀的泡沫铝样品。渗流不足、渗流过度、中间缺陷等是传统真空渗流法制备泡沫铝工艺中存在的主要问题,同时填料粒子的性能对泡沫铝的品质也有很大的影响。The! effects of the technological factors on the infiltration length were studied during the negative pressure infiltration pro- cess of foam aluminum. The familiar problems of negative-pressure infiltration method were also analyzed. Research results show that the negative-pressure infiltration can prepare the foam aluminum with conform aperture when the casting temperature of melting alu- minurn is 700 ℃ -760 ℃ and the preheated temperature of particles is 360 ℃ --520 ℃ and the negative pressure is 0.02 MPa- 0.06 MPa. The main problems of the negative pressure infiltration are under infiltration, over infiltration and defect in the interior of sample. At the same time, the property of the particle has great effect on the performance of the foam aluminum.
