摘　　要：介绍了基于西门子WINCC及S7-300 PLC的一套自动化系统的硬件、控制功能、人机界面等。该系统应用于球形硅微粉年产千吨新工艺。This paper gives an introduction about an automatic process control system for use with a spherical SiO2 powder production line with a capacity of one kiloton per year. The system perform its conterol function based on the Siemens WINCC and S7 -300 PLC along with the system hardware, control modules, man-machine interface, etc.
