摘  要:目的验证国产纳米级羟基磷灰石复合胶原膜(nHAC)降解产物的生物相容性。方法将国产nHAC降解产物与SD大鼠颅顶骨成骨细胞复合培养,从成骨细胞形态、增殖及碱性磷酸酶活性等方面评价国产nHAC膜降解产物对成骨细胞的生物相容性。结果复合培养的成骨细胞能与正常培养的成骨细胞一样贴壁,增殖,并且能表现强烈的碱性磷酸酶活性。结论国产nHAC膜降解产物既不影响成骨细胞的生长增殖也不影响成骨细胞的正常生理功能,有良好的生物相容性。Objective To test the biocompatibility of the degraded production of the domestic nano-hydroxyapatite/collagen membrane(nHAC) . Methods Osteoblasts from the parietal and frontal bones of ld Sprague Dawley rats were co-cuhured with the degraded production of nHAC membrane. Compared to those of the osteoblasts cultured under normal condition, the shape and attachment of co-culturing osteoblasts were observed and the proliferation and Alkaline Phosphatase activity of the cells were tested. Results The co-cultured osteoblasts can naturally attach, proliferate and possess strong activity of Alkaline Phosphatase as those cultured under normal condition, Conclusion The fact that the degraded production neither influenced the growth and proliferation of osteoblasts nor affected their normal physiological function suggest that the production is biocompatible with osteoblasts,
