摘　　要：研究生的教学是以培养和提高其综合科研素质为目的，高级生物化学课程，是基础医学和临床医学各学科和各专业研究生的一门重要基础课程，总结了多年来本课程教学改革的探索与实践，以及在修订教学大纲、更新教学内容、培养学生综合素质和创新能力等方面的体会。The goal of the post-graduate training program is to let the students know how to do scientific research or enhance their scientific research ability. Biochemistry is a very important basic course in the field of clinical science, We sum up the experiences in advanced biochemistry teaching in this paper. It describes teaching reforms through modifying the teaching goal, changing teaching contents, aiming at reinforcing the cultivation of students＇creative and comprehensive ability.
