摘　　要：目的评价低剂量MSCT肺部普查对小于等于1.5cm周围型小肺癌(SPLC)的诊断价值。方法搜集经低剂量MSCT肺部普查发现并经病理证实的小于等于1.5cm SPLC13例,分析SPLC的MSCT薄层扫描影像。结果SPLC瘤灶在MSCT像上能清楚显示,在DR胸片上显示率仅为23%;13例瘤灶中非实性结节4例,部分实性结节2例,实性结节7例。结论在高危人群中低剂量MSCT肺部普查对SPLC的尽早发现具有重要价值。Objective To assess the diagnostic value of low dose multiple spiral computed tomography（MSCT）for small peripheral lung cancer（SPLC）with a diameter less than or equal to 1.5 cm.Methods CT findings of 13 patients with histopathologically proved SPLC were analyzed retrospectively.Results MSCT scans clearly showed the lesions of SPLC in all patients while the chest digital radiographies （DR） only showed those in 3 patients,the showed rate was 23%.Among 13 cases,non-solid nodular lesions were found in 4,part-solid nodular lesions in 2,and solid nodular lesions in 7.Condusion Low dose MSCT examinations of the lung in high risk population have important value for SPLC be found as early as possible.
