颅内深部病变94例X-刀分次治疗的随访观察

摘　　要：采用Ｘ刀分次治疗方法对９４例颅内深部病变进行了治疗前后的自身对照观察，经治疗后４～３８个月（平均２４．１个月）随访，疗效满意，病变缩小率５０．５５％，病变控制率３８．４６％，症状改善率８９．０１％。本组约１３％的患者出现恶心、呕吐、嗜睡、颅神经麻痹、耳鸣、精神症状等并发症，初步探讨了这些并发症产生的原因及其预防和治疗。94 cases with deep located intracranial lesions were treated with high dose stereotactic fractionated rediotherapy by Xknife. Following up was 4～38 months, mean 24.1 months. Therapeatic evaluation was excellent with the autocontrol of prepost irradation. The shrink ratio of the lesions was 50.55%, the coutrol ratio 38.46%, and the clinical sign improvement ratio 89.01%. The complications, such as nausea, vomiting, lethargy paralysis of cranial nerve, tinnitus and mental symptom were found in 13% cases. This is a first report either in our nation or even in the world on such long term following up study of such a big group patients with deep located intracranial lesions after high dose fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy by Xknife and the author tried to analysed the causes and proventions of the complications.
