摘　　要：目的：应用超声心动图观察原发性心脏肿瘤的发生部位、大小、形态、活动度等，评估超声心动图诊断原发性心脏肿瘤的价值。方法：报告８２例经手术及病理证实的原发性心脏肿瘤病人超声心动图诊断及分析。超声诊断仪为ＡＳＵ－０１０型，ＡＣＵＳＯＮ－１２８ＸＰ型等，探头频率２．５～３．５ＭＨｚ。结果：超声心动图术前诊断８１例，１例因瘤体＜４ｍｍ而漏诊；总显示率为９８．８％，漏诊率为１．２％。结论：超声心动图对原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断具有独特的临床价值和优越性，依据肿瘤超声病理改变对判断肿瘤性质有重要价值。但超声心动图对某些心脏肿瘤很难作出准确的组织病理学诊断。? Objective:To evaluate the significance of echocardiography in diagnosing primary cardiac tumor,the location size,morphology and mobility of the tumor were investigated by twodimensional echocardiography Methods:Eightytwo cases of primary cardiac tumors(30 males,52 females,aged 05—65 years) were diagnosed and analyzed by echocardiography and confirmed by operation and pathological examination. The ultrasonic apparatus used were ASU010 and ACUSON128XP Results:Among the 82 cases,including 79 with benign,and 3 with malignant tumor,81 cases of them were diagnosed by echocardiography preoperatively,1 of them was misdiagnosed because the size of the tumor was too small(<4 mm)The total displaying rate was 988%(81/82),and the misdiagnosis rate was 12%(1/82) Conclusion:Echocardiography is of unique value and superiority in diagnosis of primary cardiac tumorIt has the significance in assessing characteristics of tumor according to pathomorphologic features from echocardiographyHowever,echocardiography has the limitation in histopathologic diagnosis of some rarely primary cardiac tumors
