小肠壁内淋巴管的微细分布

摘　　要：用半薄切片光镜观察和超薄切片电镜观察,研究了家兔和豚鼠小肠壁内淋巴管的微细分布特点.结果表明:家兔和豚鼠小肠壁内淋巴管起自粘膜层的中央乳糜管,向下注入粘膜层或粘膜下层毛细淋巴管网.在小肠壁的粘膜下层、肌层和浆膜层均有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管.家兔小肠壁淋巴管检出率(70%)明显高于豚鼠的(41.3%).于小肠壁各层内,粘膜层检出率最高(68.31%),粘膜下层次之(25.57%),肌层较少(5.33%),浆膜层最少(0.79%).在小肠的不同部位,空肠检出率最高(45.45%),十二指肠次之(33.69%),回肠最低(20.82%).The intramural lymphatics of the small intestine in rabbits and guinea-pigs were studied by light and electron microscopy in order to obtain information regarding their fine distribution. Lymphatic capillary networks were found in all the layers of the small intestine. The submuco-mus, muscle and serous layers possessed larger lymphatics. The incidence of lymphatics was higher in the rat small intestine than in the guinea-pig small intestine. The density of the lymphatics found in the small intestine varied with the different species of animals as well as the dif-ferent parts and the layers of the small intestine.
