摘 要:用半薄切片光镜观察和超薄切片电镜观察的方法研究了家兔输卵管淋巴管的微细分布及超微结构,并应用多功能医学图像分析技术测定了毛细淋巴管内皮细胞内小泡的分布密度、平均最大直径、体密度和数密度.结果表明:输卵管的粘膜层、肌层及浆膜层均存有毛细淋巴管,除粘膜层外,还存在淋巴管;输卵管毛细淋巴管具有毛细淋巴管超微结构的一般特点,其内皮细胞间的连接方式有三种,即插人连接,重叠连接和端端连接,有粘着装置的占17.4%,开放连接占1.1%,内皮细胞内小泡游离于胞质中的占45.2%,小泡的平均最大直径为78.4nm,体密度为0.0402,数密度为110.5个/μm^3.提示输卵管毛细淋巴管内皮细胞在组织液形成和大分子物质的转运上可能以细胞间连接形成的通道为主,但小泡的运输作用也不可忽视.The lymphatics of the uterine tube were studied by light and electron microscopy in order to obtain information regarding their fine distribution, ultrasturucture and possible mechanism of lymph formation. Some data were examined with the aid of the medical image analysis system. Lymphatic capillaries of the uterine tube were in the mucosa, muscular layer and serosa. Except the mucosa, the muscular layer and serosal layer possessed lymphatics. Ultrastructurally, the lymphatics of the uterine tube were similar to those described in the other organs. There were three morphological types in the intercellular junction: end to end, overlapping, and interdigi-tating. Open junctions accouted for 1.1% of 92 junctions. The distribution of the vesicles was as following: 25. 0% opened onto or touched the luminal membrane, 29. 8% opened onto or touched the abluminal membrane, 45. 2% without visible connection to the surface. The mean maximum diameter of the vesicles was 78. 4 nm, the volume density was 0. 0402 and the profile density was 110. 5//Mm3. Our study suggests that the intercellular pathway may serve as the primary route for lymph formation and vesicular system may also play certain role.
