血清瘦素水平在急性白血病患者体内表达的研究

摘　　要：目的观察急性白血病（AL）患者血清瘦素（LEP）水平的表达。方法AL患者25例（实验组），健康人25例（对照组），分别以放射免疫法测量AL患者治疗前血清LEP水平及健康人血清LEP水平。结果两组血清LEP水平分别为（19．6±3．48）μg／L和（32．89±6．56）μg／L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论AL患者血清瘦素水平较健康人为低。Objective To investigate the levels of plasma leptin in patients with acute leukemia（AL）. Methods There are 25 cases in AL group, while 25 normal persons in controls. The expression of the levels of leptin in the plasma of AL patients and normal persons using radioimmunoassay method was analysed. Results The plasma leptin levels were 19.6±3.48 μg/L and 32.89±6.56 μg/L in the two groups respectively with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The plasma leptin level in patients with AL is lower than that in normal controls.
