摘　　要：羊肚菌是珍稀名贵的药食两用真菌,其营养成份丰富,因其资源贫乏,药用价值高,国内外均在广泛的进行研究。对羊肚菌的药用价值和利用情况进行了阐述,揭示了羊肚菌在医药领域深入研究的广泛前景和生产开发利用的意义。Morels are a kind of rare and expensive medicinal and edible Fungi, which are rich in nutritional ingredients. Due to the lack of their resources and a high medicinal value, the research on them is being carried out both at home and abroad in a wide range. In this paper, the medicinal value and the application situation of Morels were illustrated and it was revealed that Morels had broad prospects of deep researches in the field of medicine and the significance of its production, development and utilization.
