摘　　要：柿单宁是一种资源丰富、价廉易得的天然高分子材料,是近年来发展迅速的一种环境友好型功能材料,受到愈来愈广泛的重视,并在许多领域得到了应用。叙述了天然高分子柿单宁的制备方法、结构、研究及其应用进展和最新的研究方向。Persimmon tannin, which is a rich, cheap and available resource, attracts more and more attention as environment-friendly functional macromolecular materials in recent years. It has been investigated by many researchers and applied widely in many fields. Now the preparation method, structure, progress of study and application, and the latest research direction are introduced in present paper.
