摘 要:[目的]筛选赤松针多糖提取工艺条件,初步探讨赤松针多糖的活性,为赤松针多糖研究开发提供依据。[方法]研究了水提醇沉法从赤松针中提取多糖的工艺条件。[结果]赤松针多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取温度90℃、水提时间4 h、料水比为1∶25。通过自由基清除试验,对赤松针多糖活性进行了鉴定,清除50%的超氧阴离子自由基需要多糖0.300 mg/ml。[结论]赤松针多糖具有较强的自由基清除能力。[Objective] The aim was to screen out the extraction condition of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides and primarily discuss the activity of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides so as provide basis for developing and utilizing Pinus densiflora polysaccharides.[Method] Pinus densiflora polysaccharides were obtained from Pinus densiflora with water extraction and alcohol precipitation method.[Result] The optimum temperature of extracting was water temperature of 90 ℃,extracting time of 4 h and ratio of material and water of 1∶25.The free radical quenching capability of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides were tested.The Pinus densiflora polysaccharide density was 0.300 mg/ml,and the percentage clearance of the ultra oxygen anion free radical approaches was 50%.[Conclusion] The free radical quenching capability of Pinus densiflora polysaccharides was significant.
