摘  要:目的了解北京市属重点校高中生睡眠质量的现状及其影响因素。方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对北京市某重点中学的344名高中生睡眠情况进行调查。结果重点校高中生睡眠障碍(PSQI≥8分)的检出率为24.4%,65.4%的高中生睡眠时间不足7h;实验班和普通班的学生睡眠时间得分分别为(0.75±0.74)和(0.98±0.81),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),睡眠效率得分分别为(0.08±0.36)和(0.19±0.57),差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实验班学生出现睡眠障碍的频次较多,其得分为(0.92±0.55),与普通班比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);高三学生的睡眠时间少于高一、高二,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。个人情绪(70.1%)、学习负担(58.1%)和考试成绩(38.1%)占影响高中生睡眠质量主要因素的比例较高;疲倦、注意力不集中和学习效率降低是睡眠障碍引发的主要表现。结论高中生中出现各类睡眠障碍的情况较为普遍,睡眠时间不足为主要特征。Objective To study the sleeping quality and correlative factors of key senior middle school students of Beijing. Methods With pittsburg sleeping quality index (PSQI) scale, 344 key senior middle school students participated and completed the questionnaire. Results Percentage of sleep disorder accounted for 24.4% in the senior middle school students ; Sleeping time was shorter than 7 hours in total of 61% students. Compared with key class students, sleeping time was shorter (P〈0.05)and sleeping efficiency was lower (P〈0.05) for the students in the normal class, but sleep disorder frequency was higher among key class students (P〈0.05). Sleeping hours of grade three students were shorter than that of grade two (P〈0.001) or grade one (P〈0.05). Some major factors such as unstable mood, heavy study burden and examination scores had important influence on the sleeping quality of senior middle school students. Tiredness, aprosexia and study inefficient were the major symptoms induced by sleep disorder. Conclusions Various sleep disorders are very common in the senior middle school students and the leading characteristic is sleeping time deficiency.
