摘　　要：2008年6月6日～7日,南京大学成功举办了第六届企业跨国经营国际研讨会。本文分六个部分对本届研讨会的主题报告和会议论文成果进行了综述。随着世界经济全球化、一体化趋势的加剧,中国经济的国际化进程进一步加快,努力实现从"中国制造"到"中国创造"的转变,积极探索中国企业国际化的发展道路,研究我国企业跨国经营管理的理论和方法,着眼全球竞争战略,谋求管理创新,具有重大的理论与现实意义。This paper mainly focuses on the introduction of the organizing and conducting for the sixth international symposium on muhinational business management held in Nanjing from June 6 to June 7, 2008. The author gives a comprehensive review on keynote speeches and conference papers from domestic and international renowned scholars and entrepreneurs by introducing their academic achievement around six topics： with the acceleration of world economic globalization and the intense trend of China＇ s economy globalized, it has created to reassess how the Chinese enterprises in a transitional economy to develop global competition strategies, and to strength the global competitiveness by management innovations, so as to make the transition from ＂Made in China＂ to ＂Innovated in China.＂ Therefore, it is of great significance both in theories and practices to do research on enterprise multinational management theory and methodology in the context of globalization to explore the way of Chinese enterprise internationalization and meet the challenges of the economic globalization nowadays.
