摘　　要：本文从研究企业信息化与电子商务的关系入手,分析吉林省企业信息化的现状及其问题所在,联系吉林省在未来几年的经济发展目标,预测吉林省电子商务的发展态势及其对信息技术与商务应用兼备的电子商务人才的需求。This paper analyzed the status of enterprise informationization and its problem from researching the relationship between enterprise informationization and e-commerce, and connected with the economic development objectives of Jilin Province in the next few years, it also forecasted the developing trend of e-commerce in Jilin Province and the demands for e-commerce talents of information technology and business applications.
