加工表面粗糙度及其对GH4169高温合金疲劳寿命的影响

摘　　要：借助扫描电子显微镜观察和分析了用刚玉砂轮磨削 GH4169高温合金的磨削表面形貌。通过试验,研究了GH4169高温合金表面粗糙度与加工参数间的关系;根据正交试验建立了磨削表面粗糙度的经验公式;分析了加工表面粗糙度对 GH4169高温合金疲劳寿命的影响规律。In this paper,the grinding surface topography of ground superalloy GH4169 using A1_2O_3 wheel has been studied by means of SEM observation.The relationship between machining parameters and surface roughness have been established based on the experimental study,and according to orthogonal designed conditions the experience formu- las of grinding surface roughness have been obtained.The rules of influence of machining surface roughness on fatigue life have been analyzed.
