摘　　要：树枝状化合物是一类具有规整结构和单分散性的大分子化合物,具有不同于普通高分子化合物的独特理化性质,广泛地应用在材料、催化以及生物医学领域中.简要综述了树枝状化合物作为药物载体及其在抗病毒、抗肿瘤以及多肽和糖模拟物等领域的研究进展.Dendrimers are monodisperse macromolecules with strict structures, which have a lot of unique physical and chemical characteristics different from normal polymers and widely applicated to the material, catalyst and biomedical areas. Dendrimers as drug carders and their applications to the areas of antiviral, anti-tumor, peptide and saccharide analogues are discussed.
