昆山市高血压病疾病经济负担研究及对策分析

摘　　要：目的了解昆山市高血压患病情况及疾病经济负担。方法对昆山市502名高血压患者患病及费用情况进行问卷调查。结果昆山市高血压病的疾病经济负担为1847602573.20元,其中直接经济负担686155227.20元(占37.14%),间接疾病经济负担1161447346.00元(占62.86%)。结论高血压给昆山市带来了沉重的疾病经济负担,有必要利用社区卫生服务平台,构建可持续发展的社会保障体系。Objective To learn the prevalence of hypertension and economic burden of the hypertensives on the disease in Kunshan city, Methods Totally 502 patients with hypertension in Kunshan were investigated on the conditions of the disease and the cost, Results Economic burden on hypertension was 1847 602 573, 20 yuan, of which the direct economic burden on the disease was 686 155 227, 20 yuan, accounting for 37.14% , and the indirect economic burden was 1 161 447 346, 00 yuan, accounting for 62. 86%, Conclusion The hypertension has brought a heavy economic burden in Kunshan city, It is necessary to make use of community health services for building up a sustainable development social security system.
