Effect of Zoledronic Acid Combing with Radio Frenquency Hyperthermia on Managing Bone Metastasis Tumor

摘　　要：研究双膦酸盐加射频热疗治疗转移性骨肿瘤有效性及毒副作用。将48名转移性骨肿瘤患者分为两组,双膦酸盐加热疗治疗组23例,单纯双膦酸盐治疗组25例。所有患者均静脉用唑来膦酸钠治疗,双膦酸盐加热疗组于骨转移局部射频热疗6次,治疗后以主诉分级法(VRS)评价疼痛治疗疗效,CT、MRI或单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)评价局部骨骼破坏,以χ2检验法比较组间差异。结果表明:双膦酸盐加热疗组,疼痛6例完全缓解(CR),5例部分缓解(PR),8例稳定(SD);双膦酸盐治疗组2例完全缓解,5例稳定,6例部分缓解;疾病控制率(CR+PR+CR)分别为82.6%及52.0%(P<0.05);CR或MRI提示骨质损害减少分别为26.1%,28.0%(P>0.05)。两组肝、肾功能、血常规变化未见明显差异(P>0.05)。本研究提示双膦酸盐加射频热疗治疗骨转移疼痛及骨质破坏较单纯双膦酸盐治疗临床效率高,副作用未见明显差异。To reveal the effect of bisphophonates combing with radio frenquency（RF） hypertheramia on management of bone metastasis tumor. 48 cases of bone metastasis tumor were divided into two groups, 25 cases were treated with zoledronic acid alone and 23 cases by zoledronic acid with RF hyperthennia, All cases were injected with zoledronic acid, a type of bisphophonates, then 23 patients received RF hyperthermia. The pain score was detected by visual analogues score（VtLS）, and CT, MRI or single photon emission computed tomography （SPECT） were applied to evaluate the bone lesion, The results showed that in bisphophonates and RF hyperthennia group, 6 cases were complete relaxation（CR）, 5 eases were relaxition （PR）, 8 eases were stable （SD）, the control rate of disease was 82.6%, 6 eases were observed bone lesion decreased（26.1% ）;2 ease were CR, 5 eases were PR and 6 eases were SD in bisphophonates group, control rate of disease was 52.0 % （ P 〈 0.05）, 7 eases with lesion decreased [ 28.0 % （ P 〉 0.05） ]. No serious adverse effect was found in the two groups. It concludes that biophosphate plus RF hyperthennia is a more effective way to manage pain and lesion in bone metastasis than blsphophonates alone.
